  • No, our mobile bar service is a dry bar. We offer a strictly BYO bar service. You stock our bar with your favourite drinks and we’ll provide the service. This helps in keeping costs down (no mark ups) and ensuring you get to choose your preferred alcohol.

  • Our experienced team will work with you in the planning process and advise you on the quantities required for your unique event. We’ll ensure you have enough drinks for your guests with minimal leftover wastage.

  • Yes, we ask our clients to have all drinks cold and ready to be served before our team arrives at the venue. We will provide plenty of coolers and eskys to keep the drinks cold during the service. Ice will also need to be provided by the client.

    *Renting a cool for large events is highly recommended and may be absolutely necessary depending on the venue, size of event etc

  • We are based on the Gold Coast but we service from Byron Bay to the Sunshine Coast and everywhere in between (including Gold Coast, Brisbane, Tweed Heads etc). Travel from outside the Gold Coast area may incur additional fees.

  • We will need approximately 1.5 hours to set up before the service and 1 hour to pack down after the service. This time period is outside of the agreed upon service time and is included in all of our packages.

  • Yes, we will provide high quality glassware for the entire event. For larger events (50+ guests) we will use our 100% unbreakable polycarbonate cocktail glassware to avoid breakage.
